Report noncompliance

We want anything we supply to be correctly licensed and correctly represented. If you believe something we sell, publish or do is not compliant, please tell us — we take these reports seriously and act on them.

What you can report here

• Licensing or intellectual property concerns — for example if you are a software publisher or rights holder and believe a product listing, licence type or claim on this Site is not authorised.
• Product authenticity — if a key or licence you received appears not to be genuine or does not match what was described.
• Misuse of our name — if someone is using the TQNY name, logo, Commercial Registration or bank details to impersonate us or take payment.
• Privacy and data protection — a concern about how personal data is handled (see also our Privacy notice).
• Pricing or invoicing — anything that looks incorrect on a quotation or invoice.
• Conduct — behaviour by anyone representing us that falls short of professional standards.

What to include

So we can act quickly, please include as much of the following as you can:

• what the concern is, and the product, page or invoice number it relates to;
• the date it happened;
• any evidence — screenshots, the quotation or invoice, the activation error, or correspondence;
• your name and how to reach you, if you would like a reply;
• if you are a rights holder: the right you hold and the authority under which you act.

How we handle your report

• We aim to acknowledge your report within 2 business days.
• We aim to give a substantive response within 10 business days, or tell you why we need longer.
• Rights-holder notices: where a software publisher or rights holder notifies us in good faith that a listing or licence type is not authorised, we will remove or suspend the affected listing while we investigate, and work with the rights holder to correct it.
• We will treat your report confidentially so far as we are able, and share it internally only with those who need it to investigate.
• You may report anonymously. We will still investigate, but we will not be able to update you on the outcome.
• We will not retaliate against anyone who raises a concern in good faith.

Escalation

If you are not satisfied with our response, you may escalate to the relevant Saudi authority — for example the Ministry of Commerce (including the Maroof platform, where we are listed under certificate #358680), the Saudi Authority for Intellectual Property, or SDAIA for personal-data matters.
