1. Who is responsible for your data

This website (tqnyprofile.com) is operated by Ahmed Ibrahim bin Abdullah Al Qallaf Establishment for Information Technology ("TQNY", "we"), Commercial Registration (National Number) 7049547834, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. We are the data controller for the personal data described here. Our contact details are at the end of this notice.

2. What we collect

a. Information you give us

When you send a quotation request through the Site, we receive:

• your company name;
• your phone number;
• your email address; and
• the list of products you added to your quote.

If you contact us by email, phone or WhatsApp, we also hold the content of that correspondence and your contact details.

b. Information collected automatically

If you allow analytics cookies, Google Analytics collects usage information such as pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP address (we enable IP anonymisation), device and browser type, referring website, and interactions such as adding a product to a quote or clicking a contact link.

c. Information stored in your own browser

The Site stores small values in your browser so it can remember your choices. These stay on your device and are not sent to our servers: tqny-theme (light/dark), tqny-lang (English/Arabic), tqny-quote (your quote list), tqny-lead (your contact details, so you need not retype them) and tqny-analytics (your cookie choice).

We do not collect payment card details through this website. Payment is by bank transfer, arranged separately.

3. Why we use it, and our legal basis

• To prepare and send your quotation and to contact you about it — necessary to take steps at your request prior to a contract, and to perform the contract.
• To provide the products, licences and services you order and to support them — performance of a contract.
• To keep records for accounting, tax and warranty purposes — compliance with a legal obligation.
• To understand how the Site is used and improve it — with your consent, which you may withdraw at any time.

We do not use your data for automated decision-making that produces legal effects, and we do not sell your personal data.

4. Cookies and similar technologies

Analytics (Google Analytics)	Tells us which pages and products are most useful, how visitors arrive, and how many quotation requests are started.	Yes. Use "Cookie preferences" in the footer of any page. Analytics is not loaded at all while it is switched off.

Analytics runs only where permitted. Turning analytics off stops the Google Analytics script from loading and sets Google's official opt-out flag for our property.

5. Who we share information with

We do not sell your data or share it for advertising. We share it only with service providers who process it on our behalf, and only as needed:

• FormSubmit — delivers your quotation request from the website to our email inbox.
• Google (Google Analytics) — processes website usage statistics, only if you allow analytics cookies.
• WhatsApp / Meta — if you choose to contact us via WhatsApp, that conversation is handled under WhatsApp's own privacy terms.
• Our email, hosting and banking providers — to receive your message, serve the Site and process payment.

We may also disclose information where required by law, regulation, court order, or a competent authority in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

6. Transfers outside the Kingdom

Some of the providers above process data on servers outside Saudi Arabia. Where personal data is transferred outside the Kingdom, we do so in line with the Personal Data Protection Law and its Implementing Regulations, and limit the transfer to what is necessary to provide the service.

7. How long we keep it

• Quotation requests and correspondence — kept while we are dealing with your enquiry and for a reasonable period afterwards for follow-up and warranty purposes.
• Invoices, orders and accounting records — kept for the period required by Saudi tax and commercial regulations.
• Analytics data — kept according to the retention period configured in Google Analytics.
• Browser storage — stays on your device until you clear it.

8. Security

The Site is served over an encrypted connection and we take reasonable organisational and technical measures to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please do not send passwords, licence keys or bank credentials to us by unsecured message.

9. Your rights

Subject to the conditions of the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law, you have the right to:

• be informed about how we collect and use your data (this notice);
• access the personal data we hold about you and request a copy;
• request correction of data that is inaccurate, incomplete or out of date;
• request deletion of your data where it is no longer needed for the purpose it was collected for;
• withdraw your consent at any time, including by turning analytics off in "Cookie preferences".

To exercise any of these, contact us using the details below. We will respond within the period required by the applicable regulations. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may lodge a complaint with the competent Saudi supervisory authority (SDAIA).

10. Children

This Site is aimed at businesses and professionals. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

11. Changes to this notice

We may update this notice. The "Last updated" date above shows when it last changed. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
